Aarsal Travels Ltd recognises that travel has an environmental impact. This policy explains how we manage that impact, support cleaner choices and continuously improve our performance.
Our commitments
- Promote direct flights and lower-emission airlines where available
- Recommend hotels with recognised environmental certifications
- Minimise single-use plastics in our office and printed materials
- Use digital documents and e-ticketing by default
- Encourage customers to offset carbon through reputable schemes
Carbon awareness
We display flight emissions information where it is provided by airlines and help customers compare options. Our staff receive regular training so they can explain the environmental trade-offs of different routes and carriers.
Office and operations
Our Croydon office recycles paper, cardboard and plastics, uses energy-efficient lighting and avoids unnecessary business travel by using video calls. We review our environmental impact annually and set targets for improvement.
